Mary Larkin
The study of nutrition has been a central focus of my life. For the past 25 years, I have made a major commitment to studying, taking extracurricular courses, researching, and experimenting on myself to find a diet that makes sense on all levels: physically, ecologically, scientifically, and spiritually.
Now I am offering a unique and very practical nutrition consulting service, based on my own research and that of the Weston A. Price Foundation's "Traditional Wisdom" understanding of nutritional principles.
My goal is to help you break out of the box of mainstream belief structures and misinformation surrounding diet, nutrition, health and disease. I can save you time and show you the tools to eat in a traditional, nourishing, wholesome way that also tastes great.
I can teach you how to eat with awareness and knowledge about the foods that you put into your body.
